If we meet a problem during the fabrication, we will email or place a phone call to you immediately!

Shipment:
The finished cases will be delivered to you by UPS, DHL, FedEx or EMS.                                                                     

Please prepare the following items before sending the case:
1) Order Form
2) Impression tray for working model
3) Opposite model
4) Bite registration (if necessary)
