1. Guarantee
Monde Dental Lab guarantees all workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery. This guarantee excludes failure of supportive tissue or bone, and any damage caused by improper handling or modification by parties other than Monde Dental Lab.
2. Payment
Accounts are due within 30 days of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be applied to past-due accounts. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be placed on COD status until the balance is cleared.
