Getting Started
Start with a single case. Prepare your case and Rx, request a shipping label, and send it in. Monde handles production and ships the finished case back to your practice.
You can begin by submitting your first case through the physical or digital process. Contact Monde to request shipping labels and discuss your case volume.
Sending a Case
You can send a physical case by impression and Rx, or a digital case by connecting your Trios scanner to Monde's 3Shape account at kim@mondedentallab.com.
Monde provides a fixed Rx prescription and a removable Rx prescription. Use the form that matches your case type.
Physical Cases
Place dried impressions and bites in the re-closable pouch provided. Wrap impressions in a moist paper towel to retain moisture, and do not place the Rx slip inside the bag.
Wrap them in the bubble wrap provided to prevent damage and secure them with a rubber band, then place all prepared items in a pre-labeled cushion mailer.
Digital Cases
Connect your Trios scanner to Monde's 3Shape account at kim@mondedentallab.com and submit your digital case directly.
Monde's digital workflow is built around 3Shape, with Trios scanner connection to the Monde 3Shape account.
Shipping
Monde uses UPS Premier (UPS Worldwide Saver) and FedEx IP service to help ensure delivery by the next working day after a case ships.
Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange delivery and hand over all paperwork to the driver.
Return shipping is free on invoices over $450. A return shipping cost of $25–$35 applies to invoices under $450.
Turnaround
Crowns, bridges and dentures typically take 3–5 working days. Full house cases take approximately 7 days.

Pricing
Monde offers three monthly plans: Affordable ($1,599/mo), Basic ($2,599/mo) and Professional ($3,980/mo). Each includes a defined unit allowance, shipping labels and handling.
Yes. All listed plans include all tax and handling fees.
Each plan includes UPS / FedEx shipping labels from China to the US and from the US to China, four of each per month.
Remakes / Redos
Remakes and redos are free under the monthly plans. A shade change is free one time per patient.
The monthly plans include a lifetime guarantee as stated on Monde's pricing page.
